Shipping
If you need a costume for a specific date, please email Karen at support@thecostumecavern.co.uk I will do my best to help. All queries are usually answered within 10 minutes during working hours. Emails are regularly checked through-out the evenings and weekends, so please contact me if you need any help.
We do not offer next day delivery at the moment.
Order dispatch dates are shown when ordering and are also displayed at the top of our 'Home' page. We do not dispatch on weekends so please take that into account before buying.
We send items out by 1st Class Royal Mail and can take up to 3 days to arrive.
We must allow 15 days (by Royal Mail Rules) before ruling an item as lost in post unless it has been sent Special Delivery.
We are serious about providing you with a good service but if you do have any problems PLEASE CONTACT US and give us the opportunity to resolve any issues.
Overseas shipping
We can ship abroad so please contact Karen at support@thecostumecavern.co.uk for shipping prices.

Please do not attempt to return items that have been worn. We WILL know and will not be able refund your money.
We are happy for you to return faulty or damaged items in the original packaging and we will issue you with a replacement item. We will only issue a refund if we no longer have this item in stock.
Items must be returned within 7 days of you receiving the item. (We do check items for faults before sending but unfortunately, some items may get damaged in the post.)
